TEAM is a non-denominational holistic missions organization with a global mandate. It is an apostolic ministry committed to Great Commission by the preaching of the gospel of the Kingdom in the entire world with great focus on the unreached tribes. TEAM is a faith-based missions organization and depends solely on the Lord through the sacrificial support and giving of individuals (believers) and churches to fund its operations and maintain its staff.

We seek to bring about the obedience of faith in His name among the nations.

We exist to impart the word, impact the world, implanting the glory, establishing the Kingdom and making Disciples of all nations.

  1. Romans 1:5 – through Him we have received grace and apostleship for obedience to the faith among all nations for His name.
  2. Colossians 1:28 – Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus.
  3. 2 Corinthians 5: 19 – that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation.
  4. Mathew 28: 19-20 –“......Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age”. Amen.
  5. John 20:21 – So Jesus said to them again,” Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”
  6. Isaiah 61: 1-2 – “ The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted. To proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn.”
  7. Missional Scripture: Psalm 67- “God be merciful to us and bless us, and cause His face to shine upon us. That Your way may be known on earth, Your salvation among all nations. Let the peoples praise You, O God; let all the people praise You. Oh, let the nations be glad and sing for joy! For You shall judge the people righteously, and govern the nations on earths. Let the people praise You, O God; let all the peoples praise You. Then the earth shall yield her increase; God, our own God, shall bless us. God shall bless us, and all the ends of the earth shall fear Him”.
  1. Evangelizing the nations: the proclamation of the gospel of the Kingdom in the entire world as a witness to all people.
  2. Discipling the nations: teaching of the word of faith to a commitment process of empowering and equipping the disciple to grow into fullness of stature in Christ and spiritual maturity. Making a long term commitment to spiritual growth continuum.
  3. Church planting movement: participation in dynamic church planting efforts through a huge range of diverse and creative evangelistic activities.
  4. Gospel movement catalyst: effecting change and stimulation action for the gospel and the local church expanding through committed disciples.
  5. Research and strategic spiritual mapping: systematic and methodical gathering of data as regards the state of the harvest in a way that enhances the advancement of the gospel.
  6. Mobilization and awareness: mobilizing gospel workers for both long and short term commitment as cross cultural gospel bearers from the body of Christ globally. Raising awareness in churches and denominations about the state of the harvest and how they can actively play their role.
  7. Human capacity development (trainings): The training will aim at bringing about godly change and growth in the trainees. The training intends to give biblical and Practical knowledge as a guard to conduct, character and service or ministry (3 fold ministry: Ministry to God, Ministry to brethren and Ministry to the world).
  8. Community transformational development (Integral Missions): the proclamation and demonstration of the gospel with social consequences as we call people to love and repentance in all areas of life and the social involvement has evangelistic consequences as we bear witness to the transforming grace of Jesus Christ.
  9. Itinerant teaching and ministry: focusing on discipleship teaching and preaching of sound biblical doctrines with mindset to equip the saints for very good work and unto wholistic development of the church.
  10. Youth/ Students ministry: to raising a generation of young people who desired to love radically lives of devotion to Jesus, to encounter His love and bring His power and presence to manifest in their generation.
  11. Oral Bible Translation: making the word of God available in the heart language of all tribes, preserving the heart language and culture of the people.
  12. Esteeming and resourcing the church: the church is central to God’s mission thrust and we seek to establish partnerships with local churches and denominations in realization of the Great Commission mandate, in a way that reflects the diversity and dynamism of the body of Christ.
  13. Media and Technology to advance the gospel: embracing innovative and creative technological ideas in finding relevance in advancing the frontiers of missions, making use of relevant and culturally appropriate media strategies.
  1. Servant Leadership: Everyone that is called to serve in any capacity is a servant leader. It is a call to serve and carry out any activity with the fear of God, in humility and respect for one another. In order to accomplish the task of the Father, our Lord Jesus Christ humbled Himself and made Himself of no reputation.
  2. Obedience to His Lordship: Strongly submits to the leading of the Holy Spirit in all our operations. This is evidence in all decisions making.
  3. Integrity: To be honest and upright in all we do as representative of God’s Kingdom; carrier of Apostolic mandate. Transparency and truthfulness is a quality highly expected.
  4. Purity: The purity of the spirit, soul and body is essential. This is to ensure the smooth move of God in our lives and ministries as we work together.
  5. Faithfulness: It is expected for a steward to be found faithful. Faithfulness is required in carrying out any assignment of Kingdom and the apostolic mandate.
  6. Prayer and intercession: To a consistent life of prayer and intercession. Prayer is communication with God. Prayers are to be rendered to God consistently, individually and collectively.
  7. Loving, caring and valuing people: God uses people to accomplish His divine purpose and apostolic mandate on earth. We believes in showing love and care to people irrespective of their tribe, race and colour. This love is the God kind of unconditional love, Agape love.
  8. Availability: The availability and consistency of a person to his or her ministry and calling shows the zeal and desire to fulfill ministry. God qualifies the unqualified and makes use of consecrated and available vessels.
  9. Teachable: Everyone that will go far in life must be teachable. A teachable person is someone who is willing to accept correction at any time, willing to learn, unlearn and re-learned good ideas and good things.
  10. Accountability: Everyone will stand before God to give account of their gifts, grace of God in their life, and how the person’s life was lived here on earth.
  11. Stewardship: This is the act or good characteristics of properly organizing, coordinating and taking care of the assets and materials of a person or organization.
  12. Passion: Passion is a strong enthusiasm and zeal put towards accomplishment of a task whatever the cost or challenges. A person carrying out a task with passion will break grounds irrespective of obstacles and limitations.
  1. The Holy Bible, which is the fully and uniquely inspired word of God, is the only infallible, sufficient and authoritative Act of faith and rule of practice.

  2. One God eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit

    (2 Cor. 13:14; Matt. 28:19).

  3. The Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth and His sinless life. His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension, His mediation and intercession, His personal return in power and glory. He is the Saviour of mankind

    (Mark 10:45; 1 Peter 3:18; Luke 24:6,51; 1 Thess. 4:16-17; Acts 24:15).

  4. The salvation of lost and sinful man through regeneration by the Holy Spirit. Salvation is by grace through faith

    (John 1:12-13; John 3:16; Romans 3:24-26; Acts 13:39).

  5. The indwelling of the believer by the Holy Spirit enabling the Christians to live a godly life.

    (John 14:17; Heb. 12:14; 1 Peter 1:2; John 17:17).

  6. The resurrection of both the saved and the lost: they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and the lost unto damnation.

    (1 Thess. 4:16-17; Acts 4:16-17; Acts 24:15; Matt. 25:1-46; John 5:29)

  7. The spiritual unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ who compromises the Church which – the Body of Christ and the purity of the Church which precludes compromise with theological liberalism.

    (1 John 2:15-17; 2 Cor. 6:14-18; Rom. 12:1-2).

  8. The personal existence of Satan, fallen angels and demons whose intent is to supplant God and frustrate His purpose, and whose ultimate end is confinement to eternal punishment.

    (Matt. 4:3-11; Rev. 20:11).

  9. The doctrine of Missions. It is incumbent upon every believer to do his utmost to win the lost.

    (Matt. 28:19-20; Mark 15:16; Luke 24:47; John 20:21; Acts 1:8; 1 Peter 2:9).

  1. Developing the character of Christ in a life of radical abandonment in allegiance to Him. Epitomizes His life in obedience, humility and submission.
  2. Growing community through relationships, esteeming family bonding and togetherness, cohesiveness in team spirit.
  3. Seeking partnership and collaboration within the body of Christ in enhancement of the gospel being unleashed and finishing the doable task.
  4. Investing deeply in our walk with God in order to produce fruitfulness in life and ministry.
  5. Flourishing together as we serve the Kingdom of God on earth through lifelong learning and fellowship.
