TEAM in Kenya is a Christ-centered, non- and inter-denominational, holistic mission expression of TEAM’s global apostolic calling. We exist to obey the Great Commission by proclaiming the Gospel of the Kingdom, making disciples, strengthening believers, and demonstrating the love of Christ through practical outreach, youth engagement, community service and compassionate ministry.
Our burden is especially for the unreached and under-engaged peoples of Kenya and the wider East African Region. Through schools, churches, youth networks, online discipleship and community outreach, TEAM is raising a Christ-centered generation that knows Jesus, walks with Him, and carries His light into families, communities, institutions and nations.
Our work in Kenya is more than an outreach project. It is a mission field, a discipleship journey and a Kingdom assignment. We are committed to reaching people where they are, building trusting relationships, and creating pathways for lasting transformation through the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit.
We believe that every soul matters, every young person carries divine potential, and every open door is an opportunity to reveal Christ, restore hope and raise disciples.
We visit schools with a message of hope, truth, identity, purpose and salvation. Through guidance and counselling, pastoral care, apologetics and carefully structured Gospel engagement, we minister to students in ways that are both respectful and effective within their environment.
We focus heavily on young people because they are the present and future of the Church and society. Our youth ministry includes evangelism, follow-up, Bible study, mentorship, leadership development and fellowship meetings designed to help young believers grow in Christ.
We engage communities through practical and relational ministry, bringing the love of Christ into everyday life through community service, visits and local partnerships.
We work with churches as partners in mission, not merely as beneficiaries. Together we conduct Vacation Bible Studies, teens’ programs, children’s home outreaches, discipleship sessions and leadership training.
We use online platforms to reach and disciple young people through Discovery Bible Study sessions, teaching, prayer and conversation that helps new believers remain rooted in God’s Word.
Our outreach includes care for children, youth and vulnerable people through acts of love, encouragement, counselling and community support that reflect the compassion of Jesus Christ.
We are intentional about raising volunteers, local leaders, teachers, mentors and discipleship facilitators who can sustain the work and expand the ministry’s reach across East Africa.

TEAM Kenya is not only gathering numbers; it is seeing lives touched, hearts awakened, and futures redirected for Christ.
We are prayerfully preparing to extend the work of the Gospel into the whole of East Africa, beginning with strategic mission engagement among unreached and unengaged people groups. We believe the Lord is opening doors for cross-cultural mission expansion, mission teams and volunteer mobilization, discipleship structures that multiply locally, the training of young leaders for gospel work, and engagement in Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania and beyond.
Our goal is not temporary activity, but lasting Kingdom influence — churches strengthened, disciples established, communities transformed, and unreached tribes reached with the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
