The Directorate of Research and Partnership serves as a vital bridge between mission insight and mission action within The Evangelical Apostolos Ministry. As a faith-based, non- and inter-denominational Christian mission organization with a global mandate, TEAM is committed to the Great Commission and to the proclamation of the Gospel of the Kingdom among all nations, with a special burden for unreached tribes and underserved communities.
This Directorate exists to ensure that our mission work is not only Spirit-led, but also strategic, informed and sustainable. We believe that effective mission engagement begins with prayerful research, careful listening, wise analysis and meaningful partnerships.
At TEAM, we recognize that the Church is central to God’s mission thrust. We are therefore committed to esteeming, strengthening and resourcing the Church by building healthy partnerships with local churches, denominations, mission leaders, believers and institutions that share our burden for the nations.
Our work is driven by the conviction that the harvest must be understood before it can be effectively reached, and that the work of the Gospel advances best when the Church works together in unity, humility and shared purpose.
Prayerful, methodical research to understand communities, cultures, spiritual conditions and ministry opportunities — helping TEAM identify where the harvest is ripe, where the needs are greatest, and how best to engage with wisdom and sensitivity.
We collect relevant information concerning communities, people groups, churches, needs, challenges and mission gaps, enabling TEAM to design interventions that are relevant, timely and impactful.
We intentionally build relationships with churches, mission agencies, denominations, Christian leaders, believers and supporters who share our vision. The Gospel advances more powerfully when the Body of Christ works together in unity.
Because the Church is central to God’s mission, we connect TEAM’s vision with local congregations and Christian networks in ways that encourage participation, collaboration and mutual strengthening.
We provide strategic insight that guides field engagement, outreach planning, project development and mission expansion, ensuring TEAM’s efforts remain focused, relevant and effective.
We cultivate trust and long-term relationships with supporters by creating pathways for meaningful involvement, transparent communication and shared Kingdom impact.
