The Directorate of Media and Resources exists to help TEAM communicate the life-transforming message of Jesus Christ with clarity, excellence, beauty and power. In a world where people are constantly connected to screens, stories, images and digital platforms, we see media and technology not merely as tools of communication, but as strategic instruments for advancing the Kingdom of God.
As part of TEAM’s apostolic and global mandate, this Directorate is committed to using innovative media, creative content and relevant technological solutions to support the Great Commission, strengthen mission visibility, preserve ministry records, mobilize partners, and extend the reach of the Gospel to unreached tribes, communities and nations.
We believe that when media is consecrated to God, it becomes a mighty bridge between the message of Christ and the hearts of people.
Our mandate is to help project the vision, mission, testimonies, activities and impact of the ministry in a manner that is spiritually compelling, professionally presented and culturally relevant. We are responsible for telling the story of what God is doing through TEAM — in the field, in the communities, among the nations, and through every directorate.
From gospel outreaches and discipleship initiatives to humanitarian engagement, training programs, translation work, youth mobilization and community transformation, we capture, curate and communicate the evidence of God’s grace at work — ensuring that TEAM’s message is not only heard, but seen, felt, remembered and shared.
Photo, video and written documentation of ministry activities, preserving moments of outreach, teaching, prayer, training, field engagement and transformation so that the fruit of ministry can be visibly shared with partners and supporters.
We support TEAM’s online communication through website content, social media messaging, digital announcements and ministry updates — using modern technology to communicate timeless truth.
Banners, flyers, ministry graphics, website materials, presentation visuals and campaign materials that reflect the identity, vision and mission of TEAM, and strengthen public communication and donor engagement.
We coordinate the resources needed for effective communication, documentation, visibility and outreach — organizing media materials, maintaining archives, and ensuring ministry information is well-structured and easy to access.
We communicate testimonies, field reports and impact stories in ways that inspire faith, awaken compassion and encourage partnership, connecting the hearts of people to the mission of the Gospel.
We work closely with the various Directorates of TEAM to ensure their activities are well documented and effectively communicated, amplifying the work of the entire ministry and making its impact more visible to the world.
When the work of the Gospel is properly documented and wisely presented, more people pray, more people give, more people serve, and more people join the mission. Media helps the Church see the harvest. Resources help the mission remain effective. Together, they strengthen the visibility, sustainability and reach of the work God has entrusted to TEAM.
Through this Directorate, we help ensure that the story of TEAM is told with excellence — not for human applause, but for the glory of God and the advancement of His Kingdom.
